Convert your bulky file cabinets into an electronic archive that can easily be stored on something as small as a
DVD. The basic service we provide is to scan your documents and create a set of sequentially numbered files, one per document, that are
digital images of the originals. Additionally, this base service can be upgraded to include custom file naming and/or creating a
searchable index of the images.

Document preparation is the task of removing paper clips and staples, counting pages, inserting customized separators (blank sheets,
barcodes, etc.) and organizing documents into sequentially numbered and logged batches. This ensures all images have been captured and facilitates document
tracking throughout the entire production process.

In the scanning process you can optionally OCR and index documents. Indexing is the assignment and key verification of fields, such as
document type, date, and customer name. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) converts image files to searchable text documents so that you can search for any word
or phrase to find and view the document.
